Isn't it better this way? Since we don't know each other you can't really do that much with it. And if it's from Retrospec, most people won't believe you.

There was a guy with a bunch of swords trying to kill people in a back alley. There were three people there, and all of them were on the ground paralyzed.

My double barely made it in time. If he wasn't there, I think one of them would have died there.

He had to deal with the injured man.

[This is so surreal. What the hell. Who just witnesses stuff like this, why do people have past lives/alternate selves that trigger memories like this, he hopes his parallel life is normal.]

I'd be concerned if you could. Then again, exhaustion often goes hand in hand with shock, so it wouldn't have been too unusual either...

I... can't say I know much about tragedy, but from what I understand it's better to talk through it than to keep it inside.

I don't really know what else to say about it. I saw a man cut off another's hands and then I got that Retrospec memory.
